Sometimes life happens – if you can’t be home, that’s okay. As long as we can get in, we can clean. However, you can skip your cleaning if the scheduled cleaning date is not convenient. This means that we will skip the upcoming cleaning (example: February 2) and will be there for the next scheduled cleaning (example: February 15).
Note that your service is on a fixed bi-weekly schedule, which means that a cleaner comes out on the same day, every other week. By grouping cleanings in the same community together, we make it more efficient for the cleaners and less expensive for you. As a result, we not are not able to take specific day requests or change the cleaning dates.
Please be advised that no refund is issued/credit is given for skipped cleanings.
Here’s how to skip your cleaning:
- Login and navigate to your Cleaning Dashboard.
- Select to ‘Adjust Cleanings’,
- Choose a ‘One time skip’
- Confirm that you are skipping your cleaning
