If you need to take a break from cleanings, you’ll want to log in via the app or website and suspend your service. Navigate to the "Adjust Cleaning Schedule" section and select "Cancel", then you'll see the "Suspend" option appear. From here, you can select when you'd like to resume your services.
As a note, if you'd like to simply skip a single cleaning, you can always do this instead, but there are no refunds/credits for skipped cleanings and they cannot be rescheduled. You can also find the "Skip" button in the "Adjust Cleaning Schedule" section.
