If you'd like to discontinue for any reason, you can do this within the app (search Lapa Lopa in the app store) or via the website (Lapalopa.com).
There are a few options: cancel, suspend, or skip.
Cancelling removes all future cleanings and payments effective immediately, and unused cleanings cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Suspending allows you to suspend payments and cleanings until a set future date of your choosing. Please note that unused cleanings will be forfeited when suspending and billing will resume automatically when the suspension period you've selected ends.
Skipping allows you to skip a single cleaning at a time without long-term interruption of your service. Please note that your billing date will not change and skipped cleanings cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Here are the steps you need to take:
1. Log in to the app or via the website
2. Select ‘Adjust Cleaning Schedule’ from the Cleaning Dashboard
3. Choose ‘Cancel’ to Suspend or Cancel service, or select 'Skip' to skip your upcoming cleaning.
