Holidays: If your regularly scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that Lapa Lopa's corporate offices are closed, you will receive a reschedule notice regarding your cleaning. If that reschedule date does not work for you, you may choose to skip that cleaning but it is non-refundable.
Weather: In the event of inclement weather, your cleaner may be unable to make it to your building safely to perform your cleaning. Lapa Lopa's bad weather policy can be found here: https://lapalopa.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024119131
Cleaner Related Issues: If your cleaner runs into issues whether in the course of their cleaning or is unable to perform their cleanings for a given day, we do our best to inform you promptly of any timing changes including a possible change to the date of your cleaning. This is based on the availability of cleaners to cover any cleanings for that given day.
Pets not secured: If you have a dog that is not secured or out of the apartment when your cleaner shows up, we will be unable to clean your place and it will result in a non-refundable skip of your cleaning. For more information on our pet policy, please see: Pet Policy
Issues getting in to clean: If your cleaner shows up and runs into issues with getting in to clean your place, we do our best to inform you via email and a phone call (if your phone number is in our system). Please note that your cleaner does have multiple cleanings a day and if we don't hear back from you promptly, it could result in a non-refundable skip of your cleaning.
